Better nutrition starts with the seed

Most flour is made by removing the bran – the nutrient-rich but not very tasty part of the kernel – and only milling the endosperm, the part that tastes great but lacks fiber. Flourish is different. We have cultivated a non-GMO variety of wheat that naturally contains more fiber in the endosperm. So you get more of the goodness and all of the great taste.

Why does fiber matter?

Our mission is to empower wellness and wellbeing. So, when we learned that, on average, Americans only consume 50% of the recommended daily amount of fiber, we knew we had to find a way to make fiber more accessible. By milling a great tasting, foundational ingredient like all-purpose flour, the numerous health benefits of fiber are now so much easier to enjoy.

Digestive health & improved immunity

The fiber in Flourish flour is different – it’s resistant starch – and is uniquely beneficial for digestive health. This form of prebiotic fiber feeds the healthy bacteria naturally found in your gut – resulting in a balanced digestive system. Since more than 70% of your immune cells reside in your gut, it's important to keep them nourished and thriving. By feeding them prebiotic fiber, you create an environment for your immune cells to, well, flourish.

Lower Net Carbs

Because Flourish delivers more fiber than traditional flour, it lowers the net carbs you consume. Feel better about enjoying baked goods again by choosing our lower net carb option.
