Nathan is one of our trusted farming partners. He's a fourth generation farmer from Walla Walla, Washington. James works directly with our exclusive community of farmers to establish consistent and safe supply chains so that we can ensure our wheat is nurtured and cultivated to the highest standards. He’s regularly in the field, checking our wheat crops to make sure Flourish flour delivers the right amount of fiber for you. When James isn’t roaming the fields, you can find him and his family fishing at his cabin in Minnesota.
Josh has studied and nurtured the craft of milling wheat into flour for over 18 years. When given the chance to mill Flourish, he leapt at the opportunity to transform this unique variety of wheat into a great tasting, nutritionally superior, all-purpose flour. When Josh isn’t in the mill, he’s enjoying quality time with his wife, son and daughter in Arizona.
Jay is a fourth generation “dough head." He joined us after working for 25 years at his family’s bakery in Buffalo, NY. Our best days in the office start with a waft of his famous rye bread radiating from his test kitchen – a smell so inviting you can almost taste it! Jay not only formulates amazing recipes, but also helps to ensure the baking quality of Flourish flour. When Jay isn’t baking, you’ll find him catching waves body surfing off the coast of Boston.
