Ingredients:
For Fudge Brownie Base
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 rounded teaspoon kosher salt, use slightly less if using fine sea or table salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large cold eggs
1/2 cup (65 grams) Flourish Flour
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
For Banana Filling
4 large egg yolks, whisked together
2 cups whole milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 oz unsalted butter, softened
1 banana, mashed
Topping
Sliced bananas & strawberries
Whip cream
Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray. Spread Fudge Brownie Base in pan. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour.
2. In large bowl, beat dry pudding mixes and milk with whisk about 2 minutes or until thick. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spread over brownie base. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
3. Top with bananas, strawberries and whip cream, cool in fridge, cut and serve cold
